Description of the complex

Complex «Crimean Azure» is located on the shore of Dvuyakornaya bay in Ordzhonikidze town. Dvuyakornaya bay is a picturesque place with mild climate. From the direction of sea it is protected from the winds thanks to the capes, and from the direction of land Karadag mountain range protects the bay. On the shore you can still find the ruins of ancient Genoese cloister, and foreigners till today call the bay Genoese harbor.

Dvuyakornaya bay was formed on the place of submerged by the sea lowland of the same name dry valley that was surrounded by Tete-Oba and Beyuk-Yanyshar mountain ranges. In the times of USSR Dvuyakornaya bay was secret zone. But after the USSR broke up guests as well as Crimean people opened for themselves this fantastic nook of the Eastern Crimea.

Dvuyakornaya bay area is located 8 km far from Feodosiya and 7 km far from Koktebel. This area is situated close to Karadag reserve and Tikhaya Bukhta reserve. Actually located in Old Crimea region this district is famous for its mild and dry climate. We call your attention to the project of the complex, situated in Dvuyakornaya bay. On the territory of 1,8 hectares (4,45 acres) three lines of buildings and all necessary for comfortable rest infrastructure are well placed.

Owing to natural eminence and competent building up of the territory you can always enjoy the view of Dvuyakornaya bay on the one hand and the view of mountains on the other hand. On the natural eminence on the seashore there will be build the summer cafe for 200 persons. From its cosy terraces you will have a perfect chance to admire both sea and mountain range. The construction plan includes the complex of the beach buildings — cafe-bar, WC, aid post, life-guard tower, pier for pleasure yachts and boats. Also on the territory of the complex there will build 2 swimming pools — for children and adults; well-equipped car parks for guests. The territory is guarded all-the-year-round. And thanks to own operation department there is a possibility to organize the rest all-the-year-round as well. Rides, quadrocycling and hydrocycling will be organized. Also the infrastructure of the complex includes own operation department, own beach, gymnasium, billiards, spa-center, restaurant.
